My wife and I recently purchased a house in the Edgewood/Candler park area of Atlanta. The house is a Craftsman that was built around 1925. We are just now starting the renovation process. Due to limitation of funds we are taking it one step at a time. The first step that we would like to get taken care of is the demolition of the Basement. The basement is about 1200 square feet. We want to strip it down to the frame. Meaning that we want all walls and ceilings taken out along with the old piping and anything else that is no longer needed. This could be a very lucrative project for the right person or people. After the basement we have a lot more demo that needs done along with the complete renovation of the house and an addition we would like to put on later.
