This is a one day job MAX and should be VERY easy for an experienced painter with a spray gun. The only problem I could forsee is easily accessing the sides of the house on a ladder (since it is only the second story wood that I want painted.) I would also like to have the brick of the house, the driveway and the roof pressure washed before painting of the wood begins. You will not need to paint the windows/ frames or the trim only the wood siding at the top. I want someone reliable, experienced, professional and reasonably priced. I'm looking to have the exterior of my house cleaned and painted. I have a split level ranch style house located in DeKalb County. The house is a mix of wood siding and brick. The soffits are also wood. There is a fair amount of peeling that's taking place on the siding and on the soffits. I would like to have the house repainted in the next 3-4 weeks with similar colors.
